Who we are

Daisy and mydaisy.io are built and operated by Egor Sazanov, Individual Entrepreneur, under the addicted product studio. Daisy has been in development since May 2026 and publicly available since its launch on Product Hunt on June 2, 2026. Contact: hello@mydaisy.io.

The app and its licence

Daisy is open-source software released under the Apache License 2.0. The source code is on GitHub. Your use, modification and redistribution of the code are governed by that licence. The Daisy name and logo are not covered by the licence; please don’t use them in a way that suggests your build or service is the official Daisy.

The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, as described in the licence. Recordings and notes live on your Mac, so keeping backups of them is up to you.

Recording other people

Laws on recording conversations differ between countries and states. You are responsible for telling the people you record and, where required, getting their consent. Don’t use Daisy to record anyone secretly or unlawfully.

AI providers you connect

If you connect a cloud AI provider such as Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI or Google with your own account or API key, the requests go directly from your Mac to that provider and are subject to its own terms and usage policies. Any fees for that usage are between you and the provider.

The website

Content on mydaisy.io is provided for information. You may link to it and quote it with attribution. Please don’t try to disrupt the site or the download and update servers.

Teams and custom work

Changes

If these terms change, we’ll update the date below. Continuing to use the website or download new versions after a change means you accept the updated terms.
